How to pay for tours booked through WeTravel

Tours booked through manifatravel.com are managed through WeTravel If you did not select “Pay full amount” on WeTravel’s tour booking form that appears when you click “Book Now”, please complete your payment by the due date (the day before for regular joint tours) using the following procedure.

1. Open WeTravel via the link in the automated response email confirming your booking

As soon as you complete the form, you will receive an automated email confirming your booking. (If you don’t receive an email, the email is in your spam folder or your email address is incorrect.) If you did not select “Pay full amount” on the form, the payment “Final Payment due” will not be checked as “Paid” in the email.

Click on either “dashboard” or “Manage Your Booking” in the email to open the WeTravel website. WeTravel login screen will appear first. If you have not set a password on the booking form, sign up with the email you used on the booking form and create an account.

2. Manage your tour bookings with WeTravel

You can see all the tours you have booked under “My Trips” > “Trips I joined”.

By clicking “Manage Booking” for a specific tour from the list, you can manage that tour’s participation information, payment, cancellations, etc.

Click “Participant Information” > “Update information” to edit the information of tour participants. If there are any changes to the pickup hotel, please edit here.

“Outstanding Payments” displays unpaid amounts for the tour and allows you to set your payment information by clicking “Pay Installments”.

You can cancel your tour booking by messaging Manifa Travel through “Cancellation & Refunds”. Also, if you need to make any changes or have any questions regarding your tour, feel free to contact us through “Messaging & Trip Info”.

3. Pay for the tour

To pay outstanding payments, click “Manage Booking” > “Outstanding Payments” > “Pay Installments”.

By selecting your card in “Payment Method” and select “Card”, you can make payments with most international credit cards / debit cards such as VISA, MASTER, and JCB. Choose something other than “Card”, Bank payments in the Eurozone, such as SEPA Debit, are also supported. In addition, by changing the currency to US dollars or British pounds, you can make bank payments in each area.

WeTravel payments in most currencies are secured through stripe.com, the world’s largest payment provider. Your payment is safe in a US escrow account until the end of your tour.

If you select “Pay installment due” under “Payment Options,” the payment will be automatically deducted on the due date using the payment method you have set. (Our joint tours are usually set as a one-time payment, so the payment is not divided and is settled in one lump sum on the due date.)

If you select “Pay all remaining installments ” under “Payment Options,” once you click “Confirm Payment” the payment will be processed immediately.
