Price details
- 1 participant in the first section is the price for a solo traveler occupying a single room. 2 participants in the middle section is the price per person for 2 people occupying one room. (double occupancy) 3 participants in the lower section is the price per person for 3 people occupying one room.
- Groups of 4 or more are calculated using a combination of these prices.
- If activities and meals are not required due to flight schedules or other reasons, the price will be calculated without those costs.

- Additional fee per transfer per group:$15 for 1 person, $10 for group of 2, $5 for group of 3, free for group of 4, Groups of 5 to 10 people will be reduced by $5.00 for each additional person.
- The prices in the table above include the joint transfer fee ($5 per transfer per person) between Luang Prabang and Elephant Camp. We will deduct the cost of joint transfers and private transfers
- Further more, depending on the time of your arrival/departure, the fee for meals and activities in the morning or both morning and afternoon will be deducted from the rates in the table above.
Thus, fair calculation is complex. Exact costs will be provided at the time of payment.

Child policy
- Children (4 to 11 years old) accompanied by two or more adults receive a 30% discount on the package price for activities and meals only.
- For two adults and two small children, a king-size bed and a single bed, plus an additional single bed, can accommodate four people in one room.
- Children under 3 years old are free.
